Returns will not be accepted except by prior arrangement agreed with us. All goods must be returned unwashed, unworn with all tags attached along with your receipt. Please indicate the reason for your return. In case the return is due to our error, we will exchange the goods or reimburse you, otherwise a credit will be issued. All refunds to your account will take place within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Please note it can take up to 7 additional days for the credit to appear on your account. Postage and packaging costs will not be refunded on any returned items. All custom orders and sale merchandise are final sales and cannot be returned. Gift cards are valid for 7 years from the date of issue.
