EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Moon Tide Dyers, Inc. assures the quality of its products and your satisfaction. If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us no later than 7 days upon receipt. All goods must be returned unwashed, unworn with all tags attached along with a copy of your original invoice. Please indicate on your invoice the reason for your return. If the return is due to our error, we will exchange them or reimburse you, otherwise a credit will be issued. All refunds to your account will take place within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Please note it can take up to 7 additional days for the credit to appear on your account. In case of returns, shipping costs are at the customers charge. All sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned.
